Services Description

Tabs.dev provides a platform connecting developer tool companies ("Brands") with technical content creators ("Creators") for marketing campaigns. Our services include campaign management, content production coordination, and performance analytics.

User Accounts

Account Creation

To use certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

For Brands

Campaign Terms

• Brands must provide accurate information about their products/services
• Campaign pricing and terms are specified in individual agreements
• Content approval must be provided within agreed timeframes
• Payment terms are net 30 days unless otherwise specified
• Campaign performance metrics are provided for informational purposes

Content Rights

Brands grant tabs.dev a non-exclusive license to use their trademarks, logos, and product information for campaign execution and promotional purposes.

For Creators

Creator Requirements

• Creators must maintain authentic, engaged audiences
• All sponsored content must be clearly disclosed per FTC guidelines
• Content must meet quality standards and delivery timelines
• Creators must provide accurate audience metrics
• Creators retain ownership of their content with specified usage rights

Payment Terms

Creator payments are processed within 30 days of content delivery and approval. Payment amounts are specified in individual campaign agreements.

Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by tabs.dev and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services without explicit written permission.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation
• Upload viruses or malicious code
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
• Scrape or collect data without permission

Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any content or results.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL TABS.DEV BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR SERVICE INTERRUPTION.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless tabs.dev from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
